  • Contact & Identity Data: First name, last name, email address, and phone number (optional) provided by you during checkout.
  • Game Account Data: League of Legends username (summoner name) and password required to deliver our boosting services. These credentials are used solely by our boosters to log into your account and complete the ordered service.
  • Order & Transaction Data: Service selections (rank boost, win boost, or placement boost), quantities, pricing, discount codes applied, and payment gateway transaction identifiers.
  • Payment Data: Processed securely via third-party payment gateways (Stripe). We never receive or store your full credit card number, CVV, or bank details on our servers.
  • Communication Data: Any free-text notes you provide for your booster, and the contents of any emails or support inquiries you send us.
  • Technical & Usage Data: IP address (collected at checkout), browser type, device information, pages visited, and time spent on the site — collected via Google Analytics 4 and server logs.
  • Cookie Data: See Section 11 for details on cookies and tracking technologies.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Service delivery: Processing your order, matching you with a booster, and completing the boosting service you purchased.

We may also disclose your data when required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law:

  • Order & transaction records: Retained for the duration required by German tax and commercial law (generally 10 years for accounting records).
  • Game account credentials (LoL username/password): Deleted within 30 days after service completion, once the booster confirms the order is fulfilled and no disputes remain.
  • Customer contact information: Retained for the duration of the customer relationship plus any statutory retention periods.
  • Analytics data (Google Analytics 4): Retained for up to 14 months as configured in our GA4 property.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to legal retention obligations (see Section 8).

7. Data Storage & Protection

Data Storage

Personal information is stored on secure servers located in Germany (DE). Product images are stored on AWS S3 in the US East region (us-east-1). For services that require international data transfer, we ensure that such transfers comply with all applicable laws and maintain data protection standards equivalent to those in the EU.

Data Protection Measures

  • Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is protected by TLS/SSL encryption. Sensitive data at rest (e.g., passwords) is hashed using industry-standard algorithms.
  • Access control: Access to personal information is strictly limited to authorized personnel (the business owner and assigned boosters) who have a legitimate business need. We enforce strict access controls and regularly review permissions.
  • Payment security: Payment processing is handled entirely by PCI-DSS-compliant third-party gateways (Stripe). Our servers never receive or store full payment card details.
  • API authentication: Administrative API endpoints are protected by API key authentication and session-based access control (NextAuth.js).

8. International Data Transfers

Some of our third-party service providers are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA), primarily in the United States. Where such transfers occur, we ensure they are safeguarded by one or more of the following mechanisms:

10. Service-Specific Data Handling

Because our core service involves accessing your League of Legends account, we want to be especially transparent about how we handle your game credentials:

  • Your LoL username and password are required to deliver the boosting service without them, our boosters cannot log into your account to play matches on your behalf.
  • Credentials are shared only with the assigned booster for your order. Boosters are contractually prohibited from using your account for any purpose other than completing your ordered service.
  • We recommend you change your LoL password after your boosting order is complete. We also recommend using a temporary password during the boosting period.
  • Credentials are deleted from our database within 30 days of service completion (see Section 6).
